  1. ScanOutlook checks the mailbox and Deleted Items at 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Melbourne time.
  2. CompareNew emails are matched to existing rows by company, role, recruiter, source and email thread context.
  3. ReconcileStatus, stage, dates, action due and missing information are updated only when the evidence supports it.
  4. ReviewLinkedIn-only records stay incomplete until an Outlook confirmation or matching recruiter email is found.
